Tracey is a senior, accredited communications professional who has worked in diverse industries, both as a people manager, trainer and as a consultant. She’s fanatical about language and has a deep appreciation for the perfect ‘bon mot’ and a provocative metaphor. (It also excites her to find a typo on a menu). When it became obvious she couldn’t keep quiet or colour inside the lines, she channeled her creativity and storytelling talents into a career in communications. Tracey is especially passionate about the power of effective communication in the workplaces, and has spent the better part of the past 25 years helping leaders, managers and employees have better conversations. Outside of work, Tracey channels her creative energies into writing a regular blog on relationships, humour and life in general.
